Refunds

At ShackForge, we strive to provide high-quality 3D models for CNC, 3D printing, and gaming rendering. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is subject to certain conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refund Period: You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. After this period, refunds may not be granted.

Unused Downloads: Refunds are only available for 3D models that have not been downloaded. Once you download a 3D model, it is considered used.

Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing a purchased 3D model, please contact our support team for assistance.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Support: Send an email to info@shackforge.com with your refund request, specifying the order number and the reason for your request.

Evaluation: Our support team will review your request and determine if it meets our refund criteria.

Refund Approval: If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns

Download Expiration: Please be aware that your purchased 3D models will expire and become unavailable for download 180 days after your purchase date.

Download Limit: Each purchased 3D model can be downloaded a maximum of 10 times. After reaching this download limit, you will no longer be able to access the 3D model.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a prominent notice on our website or by email.
